I offer on demand corporate yoga and mindfulness, with an emphasis on stress management, physical and mental wellbeing.

Whether you’re organising workplace yoga, incorporating a mindfulness or stress management session at your next corporate planning day, workplace yoga can

Frequency

Available one off, or on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis, you can choose a frequency that works for your team.

The effects of yoga are cumulative. To see a positive impact on your corporate culture, I suggest fortnightly or monthly sessions.

Time

Choose a time that works for you. Alex can run sessions before, lunchtime, or after work hours.

Location

Sessions can be run in-person or online. Alex can come to you, or offer the classes online via Zoom.


Pricing

Pricing may vary depending on location, how many people attend the class, the duration of the sessions.

I offer an economy of scale for businesses who book multiple sessions.

Approximate pricing guide, based on up to 20 people per session:

1 x Session – 1 hour corporate session: $250

6 x bundle – 6 x 1 hour: $210 per session

12 x bundle – 12 x 1 hour: $200 per session
