Postnatal Yoga 1:1
Nourish yourself, recover, restore and repair - get everything you need and nothing you don’t.
1:1 care means we can build energy or restore and replenish with deep rest.
We’ll asses pelvic floor function, abdominal seperation (diastasis recti or DRAM) strength and imbalances in your body. Hands on touch and guided cues will safely support your return to exercise.
An essential first step for new mums before joining group classes or gym programs.

Postnatal Zenthai Shiatsu
Lengthen, open and surrender in this hands-on, supportive body-work therapy.
Lengthen your muscles without any effort or fatigue. Sometimes described as passive yoga for extremely lazy people (!) floor-based shapes are intertwined with stretching bodywork.
Using osteopath techniques combined with Thai massage, we’ll ease body parts tight from feeding and holding your new baby.
Using cushions to support breastfeeding bodies, Postnatal Shiatsu is fully clothed, floor-based therapy.
Postnatal Abdominal Scar Release
A fascial treatment specifically designed to help women who have birthed via c-section.
Abdominal scars can contribute to back pain, continence issues, numbness, discomfort or disengaged core muscles.
An initial session will consist of
Posture, movement and breath assessment
Hands on massage and cupping to treat adhesion around the scar, the abdominal wall, the diaphragm, and the ribs.
Breath and gentle movement guidance to reconnect to your deep core for continued transformation at home.
From 8 weeks to 8 years after birth, it is never too late to make significant change.
Functional Lymphatic Detox
Feel lighter, clear minded and energised.
This whole body treatment accelerates your lymphatic system’s natural draining ability to remove toxins, metabolic wastes and excess fluid from your body.
A combination of myofascial tissue mobilisation and rhythmic pumping.
Please note that this treatment can induce short term headaches, nausea or fatigue.
Mums and Bubs group classes
A playful class with benefits for both mum and baby. Open and release areas that may have tightened throughout pregnancy, recovery or feeding. Babies receive gentle stimulation that supports their development through sounds, rhythm, simple movements, and massage.
For mums 6 weeks postpartum onwards, (with the all clear from their Midwife, Obstetrician or GP) and little yogis 6 weeks old until crawling.
For beginners and experienced yogis alike. Anything can happen in this class so come prepared to relax and enjoy this fun class with other new mums!
