Cancellation Policy

Appointments and private bookings

Inclusive of 1:1 Private Yoga, Zen Thai Shiatsu and private events.

Sollus Wellbeing has a cancellation policy to ensure that other clients don't miss out on appointments. A lot of time goes into preparing for your consolation and private tailored sessions, so please give us notice if you can’t make it.

- 48 hours notice (2 business days) is required to cancel or reschedule any appointments.

Your booking is non-refundable if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice.

Refunds may be honoured upon request, minus the software accounting fee of 2.20%.

Public Event and Workshop bookings

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule the event / course / workshop, the following policies will apply:

Event rescheduling:

If the event needs to be rescheduled due to any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we will inform all registered attendees as soon as possible. The rescheduled date will be communicated to you, and your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date.

Inability to attend the rescheduled date:

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled course date, you may request a full refund by contacting cometogether@solluswellbeing.co

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we won't be able to provide a monetary refund. However, you will have the option to reschedule your attendance for a future event (subject to availability and eligibility).


Sauna Contraindications and Liability Waiver

By booking into a sauna session you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions voluntarily. Your ticket, acting as your signature, is the complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent acknowledgeable by law.

Before attending a sauna, please consider your health and others. Please do not attend the sauna if you are pregnant, feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms or any communicable disease.

Hydration

The use of saunas may have many health benefits; however it is important that you fully understand how to use the sauna and gradually introduce your body to the sauna therapy to produce the best results.

General and Medical Information

Check with a doctor before using our facility if pregnant, diabetic, have heart diseases/health issues/ concerns or under medical care. This includes history of dizziness or fainting. This also includes any metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any surgical implants including silicon. By signing our waver you understand the risks and have consulted with a medical professional. You understand and take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. All guests must know their own limitations and assumes all risks associated with any activities in which they may engage in at Sollus Wellbeing.

Listen to your body

Prolonged exposure to the sauna may cause your body to overheat. Limit yourself to a maximum of fifteen (15) minute intervals. Overexposure to high temperatures can be dangerous to your health. Exit immediately if nauseous, uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy. Take care when transitioning to the cool water, we recommend refraining from putting your head under cold water.

Be watchful

Use at your own risk. Be aware that direct contact with the heater, rocks and steam may cause serious injury. Surfaces may be slippery and dangerous due to moisture, use care when entering or exiting the sauna.

What to wear

Nudity is not permitted. We recommend a bathing suit. Any metal in the sauna will retain heat, therefore is not suggested to bring jewellery into the sauna sessions. Please do not wear makeup, deodorant, perfumes, oils or chemicals.

Cancellations

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your booking forfeit your fee.

Personal Agreement

By booking a sauna session you freely accept and fully assume all risks, damages and hazards and possibility of personal injury, death, property damage and loss as stipulated in this waiver of liability form. You fully understand its terms and conditions, and understand that you are waiving and giving up your right to sue Sollus Wellbeing, its contractors and employees. You hereby waive and release Sollus Wellbeing from any and all liability, past, present and future relating to sauna sessions.
