Female Health Yoga 1:1

Targeted yoga throughout a woman’s cycle can ease common female cycle issues including:

  • polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)

  • endometriosis

  • fibroids

  • premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

  • dysmenorrhea (painful periods)

  • amenorrhea (absence of periods)

  • perimenopause and menopause

Breathwork

Our breath has the power to transport us into deeper states of consciousness, where we can tap into intuition, unlock suppressed trauma and release stagnant energy.

My approach is a practical application of evidence-based strategies across brain science, nervous system science, mindset and emotional intelligence to start to make big and immediate shifts in your life.

Experiencing breath as sensation gives us present state, unbiased, non judgmental experience of existence, providing balance for the mental and emotional self.

By choosing to experience the breath through sensation we are choosing to be actively in relation with our process of life.

Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork

A hands-on therapy, intertwined with stretching movements, kneading and palming muscles along the body’s energetic meridian lines. Through the principles of acupressure and guided movement, this treatment aims to harmonise the body’s energy system, leaving you in a state of total bliss.

Combining osteopath techniques with meridian theory, Zen Thai Shiatsu can ease a wide range of internal, musculoskeletal, and emotional conditions, invoking calm and ease.

This is a fully clothed, floor-based therapy.

A postnatal woman is doing yoga and pilates movement and breath work with her new baby, getting a pelvic floor and abdominal operation assessment to safely return to exercise.

Full Body Lymphatic detox

Working intuitively this hands on therapy may clear blockages and stagnant energy held within the tissue of the body.

Reducing bloating and water retention in the reproductive system, palming and rhythmic movements help the body to rid itself of old, stagnant blood and tissues, bringing fresh blood to the uterus.

Helping to heal cycle related challenges and menstrual pain this therapy invites connection to self, heart and womb space.

Female scar rehabilitation

The female scar release technique is for women who have birthed via c-section, experienced a hysterectomy and other female surgeries such as breast surgery, organ removals, endometriosis surgery, or cancers.

Scars can disrupt muscle function, causing weakness, tightness, and adhesions. This affects core strength, posture, and movements like bending or lifting.

Scars in the abdomen can affect the diaphragm, leading to breathing difficulties and other respiratory problems.

Remodelling can begin 8 weeks post surgery and even old scars respond incredibly well to this treatment.

  • Overall my whole body feels much better than it did. I feel quite fresh actually! It's hard to explain, but i do feel like my head/neck region in particular isn't as congested and I am sleeping well and not grinding my teeth! I slept so well last night.
