  • We’ll practice together once a week, on a live recorded call.

    The replay will be uploaded to our member’s only page each week so you can practice it as many times as you’d like.

    You’ll get access to a budding library of pregnancy and postpartum tips, help and support articles.

    Members can reach out to me any time with questions or requests.

  • The live class is scheduled for 8am Thursdays. This is subject to change and may be updated based on demand.

    If you can’t make it live, the class will be recorded and uploaded so you can follow along when it suits you.

    The replay is replaced each week, keeping your practice fresh.

  • Whether you’re living rural, work long hours or have little ones at home - this offering is designed specifically to connect women with real people.

    You’ll join our group chat where we swap tips, sales and discounts, and ask questions any time for support every day of the week.

    We’ll move through the weeks and trimesters together creating connection and kinship.

  • You’ll need some cushions and a mat or safe floor to move on.

    Anywhere with enough space for a yoga mat, sometimes a wall is handy too!

  • Alex is 500+ Yoga Alliance (RYS) certified yoga teacher with a speciality in Prenatal and Postnatal movement and Australian Institute of Fitness Prenatal Pilates certification.

    Our classes weave together strength and softening practices to support your changing body.

    From Physiotherapy and Myotherapy principles these movement practices are practical, functional and one of a kind.

  • You can join us at any time in your pregnancy, this is a rolling program for all trimesters.

    Make sure you have approval to exercise from your healthcare professional.
