Following class we’ll spread out for a glass of bubbles and delicious platters of local cheese, fruits and produce.

We’ll start our morning with a gentle outdoor yoga flow, overlooking the picturesque views of Marion Bay and Maria Island.
I’ll guide you through an intelligent sequence that marries breath and movement, cultivating mindful presence.
The flow will draw down to stillness and ease leaving you relaxed, refreshed and energised.

Bream Creek produce award-winning cool climate Tasmanian wines from their beautiful vineyard on the Tasmanian East Coast. Their newly opened Cellar Door is stylish and elegant with outdoor decking, break out spaces and views for miles.
Make it a lazy Sunday, stay for a wine tasting or a second glass and soak up the sunshine.
