Abdominal Scar Release

The abdominal scar release technique is specifically designed to help women who have birthed via c-section, experienced a hysterectomy and other female surgeries (organ removals, keyhole surgery, cancers).

Abdominal scars can contribute to your back pain, continence issues, or general scar discomfort.

For real change, please book an initial appointment plus 1 or 2 follow up appointments 2-3 weeks later.

Your session will consist of

  • Posture, movement and breath assessment

  • A hands on massage to assess and treat adhesion around the scar, the abdominal wall, the diaphragm, and the ribs.

  • Breath and gentle movement guidance to reconnect to your deep core for continued transformation at home.

Fertility / IVF / Conception Support

A very personal experience, yoga and breathwork can have a powerful effect on supporting hormonal balance and fertility, when approached and prescribed from an individualised perspective.

Supporting natural conception and working with assisted reproductive therapy such as IVF and ICSI, I build a tailored program of support guided by phases of your cycle.

Female Health Yoga / Cycle support

I specialise in creating individualised and purpose built practices to support a variety of different female cyclical and hormonal challenges.

I work to educate and empower women to both manage and ease symptoms of PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis and amenorrhea.

Postnatal & Baby Yoga

Designed to meet the mother, my postnatal offering will leave you feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

Focuses include building strength, mobility and confidence, cultivating deep rest and calm. A tailored one on one practice allows us to focus on your specific needs, offer variety and develop progression.

Perimenopause support

While we work together to ease the perimenopause phase, we’re also improving long-term physical and mental health in post menopause.

Relieve physical symptoms, such as hot flushes, joint and muscle aches. Re-balance emotions such as anxiety and low moods, restore depleted energy caused by insomnia and fatigue.

Zen Thai Shiatsu Bodywork

A hands-on therapy, intertwined with stretching movements, kneading and palming muscles along the body’s energetic meridian lines. Through the principles of acupressure and guided movement, this treatment aims to harmonise the body’s energy system, leaving you in a state of total bliss.

Combining osteopath techniques with meridian theory, Zen Thai Shiatsu can ease a wide range of internal, musculoskeletal, and emotional conditions, invoking calm and ease.

This is a fully clothed, hands on, floor-based therapy.
